Those first few weeks, covered

Bringing home a puppy is exciting, but it can be hard to navigate the first few weeks if you work full time and your puppy can't be home alone all day just yet. Our puppy drop ins give your new family member a friendly midday visit, so you can get through the workday knowing they're fed, let outside, played with and settling well.

Best paired together

Combine with an intro puppy consultation

Your drop ins work best alongside a one-off intro puppy consultation. In this first visit we meet you and your puppy at home, set up your toilet, feeding, crate and alone-time routines, and build the plan your ongoing drop ins will follow — so those tricky first few weeks run smoothly from day one.

Every visit

What a drop in visit includes

Every visit is tailored to your puppy's age and your routine, and always ends with a note on how it went.

Home visits while you work

A trusted visit to your home in the middle of the day, so your puppy is never home alone all day just yet.

Feeding & potty breaks

Lunch feeds, toilet breaks and a quick tidy of any puppy messes, keeping your routine on track.

Play & enrichment

Age-appropriate games, enrichment and short training moments that tire out both body and brain.

Settling practice

Gentle practice with alone-time, crate settling and calm rest so the first few weeks feel easier.

Consistent with your training

We follow the same cues, routines and reward rules you’re already using, so your puppy hears one consistent message from everyone.

An update after every visit

After each visit you’ll hear how we spent the time and how your puppy was today — photos included.

After every visit

Your update, straight to your phone

Every visit ends with a message like this one, so you always know how your puppy's day went — the fun parts, the tired parts, and everything in between.

Hal · Puppy Drop Ins

Another day of being a good boy! We did a little bit of fun training at the start (recall, sit, down, stay, roll over), then we played with some of his toys then went to sit outside in the garden for a bit. He started being quite bitey and hair pulley at around 12:30 which is a sign of an over tired puppy so I brought him back inside had some quiet awake time. I think he will crash hard now for the next couple of hours! Only one pee, no poos. See him tomorrow!
